The literature study approach was the methodology used with the purpose of reviewing and analysing relevant literature in the fields. Existing data were analyzed in the form of articles, books, and other library sources using meta-analysis, which require searching, selecting, and evaluating literature relevant to the research topic. The findings of the study indicate that school leaders’ visibility is a proven strategy that strengthens content and instruction, promotes a positive learning environment, advances professional growth, and creates a favourable learning environment. Furthermore, when leadership foster participation in the design of well-being initiatives, a sense of ownership and long-lasting change becomes part of the school’s culture. In conclusion, it is revealing that frequent leader visibility and fostering well-being build relationships, promote mutual trust and excellence in school.
