About the Journal

The American Journal of Aquaculture and Animal Science (AJAAS), a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access international journal publishing manuscript that emphasizes research, development, and application within the broad coverage in all areas of aquaculture, fisheries, livestock, and animal sciences. The AJAAS reviews manuscript within approximately one month of submission and publishes accepted articles online first immediately upon receiving the final versions.

Aim and Scope
AJAAS is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, aims to publish an article(s) immediately after submission of the corrected version by the author. The journal encompasses production & management, biology, physiology, nutrition, health, breeding & biotechnology, biosphere, ecotoxicology, hydrobiology, and limnology related to fisheries, aquaculture, mariculture, livestock, poultry, animal, wildlife species, and safety of food from animal origins. The research article submission in the following areas will also be considered by the veterinary medicine, genetics and breeding, physiology & pharmacology, parasitology & pathology, surgery & clinical sciences, obstetrics & gynaecology, epidemiology & production medicine, zoonosis & public health, microbiology, immunology, virology, etc. The journal publishes articles that include those containing substantially supported science, theories, innovative works, substantial experimental results, and/or containing useful and constructive discussions or reviews standardized to regional or international acceptance.

Three issues in a year while it accepts articles throughout the years and publish online immediate after acceptance.
