About the Journal

The International Journal of Sustainable Rural Development (IJSRD) is an open access and double-blind peer-reviewed international journal that publishes articles emphasizing research, development, and application within the broad coverage, including a wide range of topics related to Sustainable Rural Development such as livelihood, health, education, indegious people, inclusive developmnet, etc. The IJSRD endeavors to provide a global platform for the dynamic exchange of ideas and findings from research of various disciplines, including social and community development, social business and entrepreneurial activities, and all other development projects highlighting rural development. It is essential reading for developmental practitioners, policy makers, and all those concerned with teaching or research in the field of sustainable rural development. The IJSRD reviews papers within the shortest possible time of submission and publishes accepted articles on the internet immediately upon receiving the final versions.

Aim & Scope
The IJSRD aims to provide a platform for global academics, policy makers, industry, and NGOs to interact and exchange ideas, research findings, and discussions in the wide range of sustainable rural development development like rural livelihood, rural education, rural health care, rural entrepreneurship, social entrepriches, gender issues, child protection, social security, local and good governance, agriculture and food security, water and sanitaion, inclusive rural development, rural technology,  and all other related areas. The IJSRD further encompasses a wide range of topics such as social cognition, peer relationships, social interaction, and attachment formation. The IJSRD invites articles that emphasize strong theoretical, conceptual as well as empirical evidence on social development issues and opportunities for social businesses and entrepreneurial endeavors. All articles are reviewed quickly and professionally copyedited and checked for similarity (accept only upto 10 % plagiarism) to ensure quality and faster publication.

The areas of IJSRD include but are not limited to the fields of rural studies/rural management/ rural development, social sciences, socio-economic development, sociology, demography, entrepreneurship, development studies, and all other relevant areas.

Frequencies of publication
Four issues in a year while it accepts articles throughout the years and publish online immediately after receiving the final version from the author.
