The American Journal of Food Science and Technology (AJFST) is open access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal to provide an international platform of scholarly articles and promote intellectual accomplishments. AJFST welcomes quality work that focuses on research, development and review. AJFST reviews papers within the shortest possible time of submission and publishes accepted articles online immediately upon receiving the final versions. Authors across the globe are welcome to submit their research papers to this prestigious journal.
