Although the relationship between organizational justice and employees’ ethical behavior has been investigated in various sectors and countries, this association remains largely unexplored in the context of Bangladesh’s labor-intensive ready-made garment (RMG) industry. To address this gap, this study finds out how distributive, procedural, interactional, and informational dimensions of organizational justice affect workers’ moral conduct in Bangladesh’s RMG sector. This study collects data from 134 RMG machine operator employees through a survey method. This research paper employed regression analysis to examine the relationships. The results show that employees’ ethical behavior in Bangladesh’s RMG sector is significantly improved by all four organizational justice categories (R² = .807), with distributive justice having the most influence (β = .577, p < .001). These findings show how important fairness beliefs are in shaping workers’ moral conduct. The study contributes by investigating the ways in which different aspects of organizational justice impact the moral conduct of employees in Bangladesh’s RMG sector.
