Waiver Policy of APC
E-Palli Publishers provide waivers of APC to support scientists and researchers are facing difficulties to pay Article Processing Charge to publish the research findings. 
E-Palli Publishers also trying to recognize the authors are making multiple publications
1. Waiver for Financial Hardship 
scientists and researchers are facing difficulties to pay Article Processing Charge to publish the research findings may apply for an APC waiver of up to 50%. The corresponding author must send a request letter to the Managing Editor of the particular journal with proper reasons, explaining the circumstances and providing supporting evidence.
After receiving the request letter from the Author, the waiver/scholarship committee headed by Managing Editor will evaluate individually, and  send the decision to Author about the percentage of waiver immediately. 
Please note that the waiver process is handled separately and do not impact on the review process or editorial decisions.
2. Waiver for Multiple-Submission 
Authors publishing multiple articles across E-Palli journals within the same volume are eligible for APC waivers as stated below. The articles may be published in the same or different E-Palli journals, but they must belong to the same volume.

2nd article    20% waiver on the 2nd article
3rd article    40% waiver on the 3rd article
4th article    60% waiver on the 4th article
5th article    80% waiver on the 5th article
6th article    100% waiver on the 6th article
This waiver will apply only to the respective qualifying article, not to previously published articles.
General Conditions
Authors must provide accurate information when requesting a waiver. Waivers are subject to verification and approval by E-Palli Publishers. Waiver eligibility does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, and all manuscripts must undergo the journal's standard editorial and peer-review process.
