Urban development has been achieved primarily through initial construction and expansions to grow the local economy, alter street patterns, and beautify the city. However, today’s cities are concerned with guaranteeing the occupants’ social activities, externalizing the individual’s or communal internals for social agreements in art, advertising, and communication. The exteriors of buildings have become a tool for architects to seek social attention; they suffer from the aggressive installation and replacement of panels, murals, and signs, aligned with city trends and social interests. Liberalism supports the social activities of one’s ideas and community. On the other hand, the law regulates the urban exteriors from reckless and unhealthy activities. The main concern of the major cities that have fully loaded their streets now should be how to manage the urban exteriors, as well as reduce the life cycle costs and support the common value of investments. maintenance. A social media city with liberal activity can challenge the well-being of the city through reckless behavior, visual distractions, and excessive maintenance costs. This study analyzed how to create a social media city that exhibits an urban exterior, fostering common interests through human activity.
